Creating Jobs and Economic Recovery

We can’t tax our way out of this recession. We have to create jobs, good family wage jobs, to put money in the pockets of Salem’s citizens. Warren knows we have to remove barriers to creating jobs, support those businesses that are already here in Salem and attract new companies if we are going to be successful in getting our local economy moving forward again. His focus on City Council will be to help the private sector grow and expand so that our community can thrive and more people can be employed.

Salem’s Quality of Life

Quality of life to Warren means more than just a clean environment, nice parks and opportunities for safe, recreational pastimes. Quality of life means having a job so you can pay your rent or mortgage, put food on the table and clothes on your back. Quality of life means a vibrant, thriving community where people help one another and care about each other and their community. Warren has worked hard serving our community to help realize that vision for Salem and as a City Councilor, he won’t lose track of what’s important.

Public Safety

Warren believes public safety needs to be a top priority for the City of Salem. Whether it is police, fire or emergency services, the people of Salem deserve the best. Warren recognizes there are difficult decisions to make when budgets are tight and money is scarce but public safety should be one of the last cuts we make in order to protect ourselves and our families.
